The essence of the marinade is Cobransosa single-varietal EVOO and Airén grape vinegar, which rest for 36 hours with the best spices. They fry the mussels to achieve a slight dehydration and a firm texture. The marinade is added cold so that it retains the aromas over time.

We recommend consuming them at room temperature, no more than 30º, so that the marinade keeps all its properties
