Fromm Winery Chardonnay Clayvin Vineyard 2011: Slightly soft yellow color. On the nose we find a subtle and refined Clayvin Chardonnay with ample fruit and tight complexity and minerality, which sets this terroir of our Chardonnay apart from others. The wine on the palate is rich and long, without being heavy to finish with clean dryness. This wine combines good texture and structure once released, we will be able to keep it in bottle for another six more years.
