FROZEN CAULIFLOWER 400G
Cauliflower frozen in large, white, firm and compact florets.
INGREDIENTS:
Blanched frozen cauliflower.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook before consuming.
In pot: 7 min
Add 1L of water to a pot. Cook on high heat and when the water starts to boil, add the cauliflower without thawing. Wait for 7 minutes and use a fork to check if the cauliflower is cooked to the desired point or needs another minute.
In pressure cooker: 1 min
Put the frozen cauliflower in the pressure cooker and add water to cover approximately 1L. Close the pressure cooker and cook on high heat. When the valve starts to release steam, wait for 1 minute and remove from heat. Let it rest until all the steam is released and drain with a colander.
In microwave: 14 min
1. Add the cauliflower without thawing in a microwave-safe container.
2. Cook at 700W for 14 min, stirring halfway through.
