It is a potato with a round to oval shape, with very superficial eyes. The skin is smooth and thin, with a light yellow color, and the flesh is white. Its texture is firm to the touch and creamy when cooked. The quality for consumption is excellent, highlighting its dry matter content and maintaining its qualities of color, aroma, and flavor when cooked.
They are grown in the region of A Limia, in Piñeira Seca, a village in the Concello de Xinzo de Limia. Due to the climatic conditions and the soil, along with the agricultural work they carry out, they manage to produce an EXCELLENT QUALITY product.
To avoid mechanical damage, they go back to years ago, doing the harvest manually.
