• Using one of their favorite hop combinations, Mosaic and BRU-1 in equal parts both in the hot and cold stages. This achieves loads of aromas of ripe pineapple and mango as soon as it's opened.
• Followed by the more resinous and herbal notes of the Mosaic hop to give another dimension to the hop experience.
• This, accompanied by a smooth but not overly sweet body thanks to a substantial addition of wheat and oats and a bit of maltodextrin to give it that "chewable" touch. Golden promise is the guiding thread in this chorus of malts, giving it a light malt profile that ensures balance.
• Pairs well with grilled meats, grilled salmon, pizzas, fried calamari, spicy dishes.
