The active ingredients of ginkgo biloba are found in the leaves and are mainly flavonoids and terpenoids. Ginkgo biloba leaves provide an antioxidant effect due to their flavonoid content. On the other hand, the terpenoids in ginkgo leaves act by dilating blood vessels, making it indicated for some circulatory disorders. Dosage: The daily dose is 2 tablets a day after the main meals.
