Premium gin inspired by the famous Tokyo neighborhood, GIN-ZA incorporates among its botanicals té matcha, qumquat, Buddha's hand and Calanda peach.  Japanese culture and tradition for a gin with personality.


Tasting notes: on the nose, after the alcoholic note, notes of fresh citrus and earthy aromas with a light touch of peach. On the palate, Gin Za opens up and shows us its complex interior: bitter notes of matcha tea and citrus notes, evolving towards the sweetness of peach. The finish gives us an aftertaste that begins with a slight bitterness progressing towards a sweet and smooth finish
