This wine is made with Garnacha grapes from old vines selected from vineyards that are over 50 years old, planted in goblet and on dry slopes. The grapes are harvested only when they are really ripe and with centuries-old production methods where it is the grape itself that dominates the winemaker getting wines of bright red color, high alcohol content and strong flavors that evolve over time in a way that, year after year, surprising.
Red wine for experts that combines well with any type of food although it is ideal to accompany with game dishes, red meat, roasts, stews etc.
