The Glencadam Distillery opened in 1825 and since then little has changed. For the Origin 1825 edition a very special selection of barrels was made. This final selection resulted in the union of whiskeys aged in new premium quality oak barrels and whiskey finished in oloroso sherry barrels.

The Glencadam Distillery opened in 1825 and little has changed since then. For the Origin 1825 edition, a very special selection of barrels was made. This final selection resulted in the combination of whiskies aged in new first-fill oak casks and whiskies finished in oloroso sherry barrels.

Nose: creamy malted barley and floral with hints of vanilla that give way to fruity notes.

Palate: bananas, pineapple, and pears come together in a delicious blend of gentle spices.

Finish: floral and sweet pear.
