INSTRUCTIONS: Dissolve the product in the chosen hot liquid (does not require cooking). For bottle: Add one or two tablespoons in 180 mL of drink or hot water, shake it until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. For porridge: Add 5 or 6 tablespoons of product to 180 mL of follow-on milk, water or hot drink, stir until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
