INGREDIENTS: Food-grade distilled vegetable glycerin. (GLYCEROL E-422) INDICATIONS: Glycerin specially indicated for use in pastry and creative confectionery, confectionery, ice cream and food in general. Use as a moisturizing agent, also as an ingredient in homemade fondant preparation. ALLERGENS: Does not contain. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add directly to the batter during the beating process, or to the mix. PRESENTATION: 20 gr transparent jar with white lid and Chefdelice guarantee seal. WARNINGS: Keep in original closed container, in a dry place, at room temperature (max. 25 ºC), away from heat sources and avoiding exposure to light. Do not ingest directly, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
