The Harpagophyte (Harpagophytum procumbens) is a plant with toothed leaves, fruit in the form of a claw that hooks onto animal hair to enhance its dispersal, and deep roots that penetrate the ground, hence commonly known as Devil's Claw. Its properties are known by several civilizations, such as the Bushmen who have used it for years. Later, in 1960, it arrived in Europe, where it began to be widely used. We have selected a glycerinated extract of Harpagophyte with a ratio of 1:3. This means that for every gram of extract, 3 grams of plant have been used. Our glycerinated extract of Harpagophyte is standardized in Harpagosides 3.6 mg/ml, providing 10.8 mg per day.
