Horse tail is a plant that grows in damp areas and its name refers to the similarity of its shape to horsehair. It can grow up to 60 cm and has jointed stems, which can be sterile or fertile. It is rich in many trace elements, such as silicon, potassium, magnesium, chlorine, and sodium, among others. These are present in sterile stems, which are selected for the production of our extract. The plant is also rich in flavonoids. We have selected a glycerinated extract of horse tail with a ratio of 1:16. This means that for every gram of extract, 16 grams of plant have been used. Our glycerinated extract of horse tail is titrated in silica acid 12 mg/ml, providing 36 mg per day.
