Description

The Milk Thistle is a plant native to Mediterranean and southeastern Europe, northern Africa, and western Asia, where it grows in open fields and roadside paths. It reaches a height of one meter during flowering. The heads are purple and have long spines. Milk Thistle seeds contain a group of three compounds, Silibinin, Silidianin, and Silicristin, collectively known as Silymarin. They also contain Vitamin C, Beta-carotenes, and Minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, and Selenium). We have selected a glycerinated extract of Milk Thistle with a ratio of 1:3. This means that for every gram of extract, 3 grams of the plant have been used. In addition, our Glycerinated Extract of Milk Thistle is standardized to contain 8 mg/ml of Silibinin, providing 24 mg per day.

Directions for use

Take 1 ml (approximately 28 drops) diluted in water three times a day, preferably before main meals.
