Glycerinated Valerian Extract 50 ml

Description

Valerian is a plant traditionally used and well-known since ancient times. Its use has been documented since Greece, where Hippocrates described its properties. It can be easily identified by the presence of small, pale pink flowers. Most of its active ingredients are found in the root, where we find Essential Oils, Valerianic Acid, and Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA). We have selected a glycerinated extract of Valerian with a ratio of 1:3. This means that for every gram of extract, 3 grams of plant have been used. Our Glycerinated Extract of Valerian is standardized in Valerianic Acid 0.5 mg/ml, providing 1.5 mg per day.

Ingredients

Organic Glycerinated Extract of Valerian* (Valeriana officinalis L. Ratio 1:4 Valerianic Acid 0.5 mg/ml) 3 ml

Directions for use

Take 1 ml (approximately 28 drops) diluted in water three times a day, preferably before main meals.
