Around the Duck

This box consists of duck in sauce (box 820g), Duck terrine (box 70g), Duck confit (Box 765g), Duck rillettes (65g box) and candied duck gizzards (box 200g) 

• Duck in sauce : My Duck Salmis with Porcini mushrooms and Cahors wine, made according to my recipe, especially for My Local Delicatessen. Duck Salmis with Porcini mushrooms and Cahors Wine: this dish, simmered for a long time, restores all the aromas of the excellent cuisine of Quercy-Périgord. • Duck terrine : My Duck Terrine, made according to my recipe, a creamy and tasty terrine, with the pronounced taste of duck meat, spiced up with a hint of armagnac (70g box)

• South West Duck Confit : The South West duck confit, a real local product of the South West. This duck confit has been elaborated according to my recipe, from artisanal way. A real gourmet confit with soft and tasty flesh. One of the great gastronomic specialties of Quercy-Périgord. The confit is the result of a very long and slow cooking in duck fat. We thus obtain a duck confit with very tender and tasty flesh. Duck confit is a gourmet dish. Box 765g.

• Duck rillettes : My Duck Rillettes, made according to my recipe, these rillettes are rich in duck meat, and thanks to slow cooking, these duck Rillettes are gourmet and light. A real local product to be enjoyed with a good country bread. Box 65g.

• Candied duck gizzards : The confit duck gizzards, prepared in an artisanal way according to my recipe, in order to obtain soft and tasty confit duck gizzards. Confit duck gizzards are a local dish from the south west. box 200g
