• Califa Morena: Amber Ale style beer, also known as Red Ale, considered the toasted sister of the blonde Pale Ale, but with less bitterness. In aroma it has roasted notes that come from the degree of roasting of its malts and in mouth we find flavors that remind us of caramel, licorice and toasted cookies. • Dry Stout by Bidassoa: within its Dark Series, the Basque brewery offers this light-bodied, low-alcohol stout. Roasted aromas and flavors are appreciated with notes of cocoa and coffee. In this case we have opted for the Milk Chocolate, Caramel and Butter with a touch of Salt tablet from Dolfin, Belgian master chocolatiers who are known for their constant search for the best ingredients to offer exquisite flavors.
