• Bella Lola from Barcelona Beer Company: a seductive blonde ale, elegant, fun, a fresh and very refreshing proposal. Made with malts and wheat from the region of Bavaria and Bohemia, citrus hops from the United States and Germany, and with an incredibly pure water from the Font del Regàs of the Parc Natural del Montseny. FRIENDLY: we have selected the Parmesan Wafers with basil and garlic from Verduijn's, an addictive cracker that has been brewed in Holland since 1935

• Califa Morena: Amber Ale style beer, also known as Red Ale, considered the toasted sister of the blonde Pale Ale, but with less bitterness. In aroma it has roasted notes that come from the degree of roasting of its malts and in mouth we find flavors that remind us of caramel, licorice and toasted cookies. FRIENDLY: we have chosen the delicious Bocaditos de Queso de Pura Finura, handmade banderillas with gordal olives stuffed with cheese and dried tomato, yum

• Dry Stout by Bidassoa: within its Dark Series, the Basque brewery offers this light-bodied, low-alcohol stout. Roasted aromas and flavors are appreciated with notes of cocoa and coffee. Medium bitterness and dry finish. WINE AND DRINK: Nothing better than a good chocolate to have a perfect experience with a dark beer. In this case we have opted for the Milk Chocolate, Caramel and Butter with a touch of Salt tablet from Dolfin, Belgian master chocolatiers who are known for their constant search for the best ingredients to offer exquisite flavors.
