Gran Reserva ham, 50th anniversary edition with 20 months of curing and about 8 kgs in weight, of Duroc breed and Torre de Núñez brand. Low in salt.
Posterior limb from adult Duroc breed pigs with 20 months of curing. The meat of Duroc breed pigs is characterized by very good fat infiltration, making it perfect for ham processing. It stands out for its low salt content (25% less) and sweet flavor.
Product made following the traditional Galician artisanal process of salting and curing. The final result is a Serrano Ham with a uniform and homogeneous appearance, round cut and without hoof, but with skin.
Ingredients: Pork ham (minimum 50% Duroc breed), salt, preservatives E-250 and E-252.
