Directions for use
Infusion: Place 200 ml of water in a teapot or saucepan and bring to a boil. Add 15g of coffee beans and reduce heat, simmering the infusion for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for about an hour. This infusion can be consumed once or twice a day, preferably in the morning. As a juice: Soak the green coffee beans overnight (approximately 1 bean per every 8 - 10 kg of weight). Crush, blend, and strain. This juice can be taken once or twice a day, preferably in the morning.
