Thea Sinensis is the phase of the Camellia Sinensis plant from which green tea is obtained; probably the most well-known variety of tea for its versatility in consumption and its anticancer and purifying properties.
Use a teapot or cup where the leaves can expand and pour the water when it starts to boil. Let it steep covered for approximately 3 to 5 min. for black tea and 2 min. for green tea.
