Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, CREAM, cocoa mass, glucose syrup, water, natural vanilla flavor, salt, MILK protein, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, gelling agent: carrageenan.
The laboratories use nuts (hazelnuts almonds, walnuts), peanuts, sesame and poppy seeds, products from wheat, soy and dairy.
Storage and tasting tips: enjoy Guinguet chocolates at room temperature (20-22°C). Like cheese, always start tasting with the lower cocoa content chocolates and then work your way up to the higher cocoa content chocolates. Store chocolates preferably in a cool, dry place (15-18°C) and, if possible, in their original packaging. Take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting.
