For this exceptional first Gulden Draak Cuvée Prestige, Gulden Draak Classic has been matured for 8 weeks in specially selected Bourbon casks at the Van Steenberge facility. These casks come from America and have only been used twice, once by the Old Forester distillery and once by the Early Times distillery. Only 6375 bottles have been bottled.

Gulden Draak Classic is matured for 8 weeks in bourbon barrels on the premises of the Van Steenberge Brewery, after which the beer undergoes fermentation with its own unique wine yeast, which will ensure a perfect balance.
