Castilla la Mancha (wine of the land), Spain, from Hacienda Albae, where an exquisite red Malbec wine is produced: night harvest, fermentation at 22-23 ºC with light pumping over to promote freshness. It ages and matures in French oak barrels, and before being bottled, it undergoes a light filtration.
