One of the avocados we grow is the well-known Hass variety, which is characterized by an exquisite and delicate flavor, as well as a fresh aroma reminiscent of nuts. This variety has abundant and striking pulp, with an intense yellow color. Its appearance and texture are consistent, and yet it is smooth and spreadable. Its seed is small, and its exterior has a rough texture due to its thick skin.

When we harvest the fruit from the tree to send it, it is at the most appropriate ripening stage. Once you receive it, the ideal time to eat it is when the avocado skin changes from intense green to a dark purple hue.

Box contents: in this variety, you can choose between 3, 4, or 6kg of sustainably grown avocados.

These are crops in conversion to organic since 2020, according to the criteria for European Organic Agriculture certification.

Each box may contain approximately 12 to 24 pieces of Hass or Lamb Hass avocados, depending on the selected box.

Our avocados have free calibers. Each piece we harvest is of a unique size and different shape from the previous one.
