Made from pasteurized cow's milk and animal rennet, aged for 2 months. Its rind has been refined with Camembert mold. It has a dense but gentle texture, with notes of mushrooms and nuts, and a slight warm aftertaste of mature milk. Delicious, very pleasant, and maintains a perfect balance between the paste and its exquisite rind.
