How to use

As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, depending on nutritional needs throughout the day it can be dosed in three different ways:
First option: Take 1 capsule a day, preferably at breakfast.
Second option: Take 1 capsule at each meal, making a total of 3 intakes per day.
Third option: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, making a total of two intakes per day.
