We know that a honey is from one plant (monofloral) when we certify analytically that the honey is composed mainly of that plant. Our careful extraction process is very simple in order to respect and preserve the properties and flavour of the honey as it is produced by the bees

1. We collect the honeycombs in the hives
2. We extract it by cold centrifugation
3. We deposit it in the drums and give it 15 days of rest
4. We pack it and label it ready for you

All our honeys are analyzed in laboratory and are extracted in our bottling machine certified by health with the pertinent controls.
