The Licor de Hierbas Heredad Aldor from Bodegas Matarromera is the result of the combination of more than 20 varieties of herbs, seeds and aromatic spices patiently macerated in brandy, with no artificial flavors or colors added. The liqueur has an alcohol content of 28º. Distillation process Its distillation process follows the traditional methods in copper stills, both with crossed steam and direct fire, using only the freshly pressed marc. The central part of the heart of the eau-de-vie is rigorously selected. Tasting notes Sight: The attractive intense and bright yellow-greenish color predominates. Nose: The floral and herbaceous notes stand out, as well as the aromas of mint, basil, serpol, sage and chamomile.
