Theinspiration in this beer has been the cider, they wanted to bring the concept of cider to beer. This is a farmhouse brewed with a blender of the classic blonde ale from Espiga mashed in a foudréand with a saison fermentedwith Belgian and wild yeasts, during the beginning of fermentation, white grapesand biodynamic appleswere addedwith the aim of obtaining yeasts from the apples and sensory characteristics similar to those provided by the cider.

• It has a golden and shiny appearance with a light foam
• The aroma is dominated by white grape and apple, an aroma reminiscent of cider.
• In the mouth we savor a long balloon that starts with a beer flavor with a subtle acidity, followed by flavors of white grape, apple, notes of wood, the funky notes of the yeast festival of apples, grapes and the beer itself, finishing with a dry drink that reminds us of cider.
• Will pair well with terrace appetizers, white fish, seafood, salads...
