What is propolis?

Propolis contains resins, waxes, essential oils, pollen, various minerals, trace elements, and vitamins. In addition, various components have been identified, the main ones with a flavonoid structure, whose concentration varies substantially depending on the origin of the samples. Among the most important are: organic acids (benzoic, gallic), phenolic acids (caffeic, cinnamic, ferulic, isoferulic, p-coumaric), aromatic aldehydes (vanillin, isovanillin), coumarins, and flavonoids (galangin, pinocembrin, chrysin, quercetin, etc.).

What is propolis used for?

Composition (31ml):

Propolis extract (Propolis) 25%.

Directions for use:

• Adults: Take 20 drops (0.7ml) to 30 drops (1ml) of Holoprolis, dissolved in half a glass of water (100ml), three times a day. With a dropper. In the first days, it is better to take it more frequently, 6 to 8 times.
• Children: 3 to 15 drops of Holoprolis, 3 times a day. In some cases, doses can be increased: adults 20 drops every 2 hours and children: 3 to 15 drops every 2 hours. Always under the advice of a specialist.
• External use: apply soaked in a band-aid, gauze, or cotton. For rinses, dissolve 60 drops of Holoprolis propolis in 4 tablespoons of water several times a day. Use as a mouthwash once a day in the same proportion
