The production of this Rioja crianza red wine is made with 85% tempranillo, leaving the remaining 15% for the mazuelo and graciano varietals.

After the production process, the wine will remain in American and French oak barrels for 24 months with gravity racking every 6 months. Finally, it will be transferred to bottles and will remain a minimum of 12 months before starting its commercialization, as long as it has reached sufficient maturity for consumption.

TASTING NOTES

In a still glass, it shows a peachy color with purple and garnet reflections. On the nose, it has notes of red fruit, followed by sweet spices that give way to hints of dairy and toast. It has a sweet and well-balanced taste, with a good acidity. The tannins are mature and polished, with a good persistence. The retro-nasal aroma includes red plums and cherries, vanilla and a fine creaminess, with the same nostalgic hints of pastries and a note that evokes toasted nuts.
