Piece of 75% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham from Guijuelo, of Artesana Jamonera. With a delicate flavor, strong and intense aroma, and meat that is not very fibrous. The acorn-fed ham comes from Iberian pigs raised freely in the meadows, fed with natural grass and acorns. It is of very high quality and a delight for the palate. 75% Iberian breed: Obtained from pigs with one parent that is 100% Iberian and another that is 50% Iberian. *Price per approximate weight of a piece between 8.5-10 kg.
