Chorizo Ibérico Guijuelo (Salamanca) is a natural product made from the meat of our Iberian pigs, reared and fed on acorns and natural pastures in the Dehesa. Once the best meat from the Iberian pig has been selected and prepared for stuffing, an important characteristic of this product is the casing used to make it. In this case we use the natural casing of the pig (cular casing). Lean selected to create a texture with great aroma and flavor.
