Loin coming from Iberian pigs fed or "fattened" (concept that gives rise to its name) on grass, feed and natural cereal. With a 100% Iberian parent, these specimens have been raised freely, in the Los Pedroches pasture, a place that has the perfect qualities for the optimal breeding process of our pigs. Its curing ranges between 90 days, a slow process that gives rise to a sublime Iberian flavor that should never be missing on your table.
