The same selection and preparation process of our hams, now presented in slices, a much more convenient format for the consumer while preserving all the organoleptic properties of taste and texture of the ham. The pigs that provide us with this exquisite delicacy, "jamón de recebo" made by Embutidos Entrepeñas, have been provided with a mixed diet: during the "montanera" period, the pigs are exclusively fed acorns (about 10 kilos per day). Subsequently, and until they become our tasty hams, they are given special, superior, and high-quality feeds derived from legumes and cereals.
