Comes from pieces of Iberian pigs raised and fed exclusively on acorns and natural grasses from the Dehesa Extremeña.

These pigs are raised in free grazing regime in the large extensions of land of the Dehesa Extremeña, and are fed with acorns from the montanera season.

The Dehesa Extremeña produces quality acorns and, thanks to its large extensions, allows the pigs to move freely and feed in a climate that is perfect for their development

It has a fine and mellow texture due to the combination of lean meat and fat, which is very melted, due to the quality of the pieces with which it is made.

This Iberian Salchichón de Bellota Slices naturally contains oleic acid, from acorns with which these specimens of Iberian pigs are fed.

Slices of Iberian Salchichón Ibérico de Bellota are packaged in a carefully packed case with thin slices cut in the traditional way with a knife and already placed in a spiral shape ready for plating.
