Use 60 grams of polenta per serving and a ratio of 4 measures of water to 1 measure of polenta. Bring it to a boil for about 1 minute, and stir continuously until it thickens. The polenta is ready. Store in a cool, dry place. When it is finished, recycle the container. Polenta can be used in many recipes. You can use it as a garnish to accompany meat and fish, or make an omelet with it and accompany it with cheese, meat, vegetables and everything you can think of, polenta combines with everything.
