FANYA panko is indicated to give a very special crunchy touch and texture, with a high quality finish and presentation, different from other breaded products, it can be used with prawns, chicken escalopes, veal, pork, fish, croquettes, etc.Panko is the Japanese name for a product similar to breadcrumbs, like flakes, but contrary to what is said, it is not made from bread, and its origin is in the Far East, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea and China. The ingredients are wheat flour (special), salt, a little oil and salt. Once the mixture is prepared, it is passed through a sieve as a mesh and by extrusion is crumbled giving the appearance of flakes, hence one of its names: breadcrumb flakes.
