Juniper berries with diuretic properties; in external use it is rubefacient, antifungal and antirheumatic. It also contains a bitter principle with aperitif and tonic properties. The diuretic properties of juniper berries are mainly used in cases of urolithiasis, edema, high blood pressure, rheumatism and gout.1
How to use:
Infusion (boil for a few moments) 1 tablespoon of plant per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes, strain and take 3 times a day. Not recommended in pregnancy and lactation.
