It comes from the Thika region (Kenya), grown at altitudes of 1500m, of the bourbon varietal (French Mission) and is processed by the double wash method.
This coffee is identified by a silky body and intense citrus acidity. It recalls notes of currants, passion fruit and molasses. It leaves us with a citrusy and slightly sweet aftertaste of honey
