Ageing: 4-6 months in American oak and at least 6 months in bottle.


Tasting:
Ripe cherry red, covered and with purplish hints.

Fruity (strawberries and raspberries), floral and scrubland. Toasted aromas of aging, smoke and tobacco Structured wine, balanced and excellent acidity. Smooth entry that then shows its tannic load,

but as a soft sweet and velvety tannins.


Pairing: due to its complexity it is an excellent accompaniment to red meats, ibérico and cured cheeses.


Best consumed between 17 - 18ºC.
