Our classic range of Kombuchas by Kombu'Péyi is an artisanal and refined range prepared with passion in Martinique from local, seasonal ingredients to provide you with a natural explosion of flavors in the mouth. As a fermented and probiotic drink, kombucha is a living beverage that evolves over time (it can acidify to become vinegar, which can also be consumed). It can be stored for several months and stays well preserved and stable when kept cool. It is recommended to consume it as a cure (15cL/day) or recreationally as an aperitif or as a base for alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
