We select the best Spanish potatoes every season of the year in order to bring our best product to your table. We follow a traditional manufacturing process, the same that Melchor de la Hija started in 1943, which includes a hand peeling that makes the potatoes perfect.
We use only potatoes, sunflower oil and a touch of salt. This makes our potatoes suitable for people with celiac disease, as we take great care in every detail of the manufacture with an exhaustive quality process.
