Spanish roasted Largueta almonds. They are easily peeled, with the right point of toasting and unmatched flavor.
It is a variety of almonds more elongated and narrower than the Marcona. Its preparation is simply baked with salt. The salt remains on the skin but impregnates the rest of the almond with flavor. They are a high source of vitamin E and iron, making them essential in our diet.
