Cooking tips
To enjoy maximum flavor, it is advisable to marinate our lacón the night before. We will beat several cloves of garlic, oregano, wine, oil, paprika and parsley. Grind everything to form our marinade.
We apply some cuts to the skin of the lacón in the form of diamonds, to facilitate its roasting. Rub the lacón with coarse salt so that it gets into the meat and marinate it on both sides with the previous preparation. We leave it covered on a tray and the next day it will be ready to put it in the oven

We recommend keeping it between 1º and 5ºC
Preferred consumption: within 10 days
Tip: ideally, take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before to allow the meat to temper. This way, no matter how little you cook it, the central part of the piece will never be cold.
