Las Chozas de Bruma del Estrecho 75 cl.

The Las Chozas wine is the most modern style of the Bruma range, although it comes from an ungrafted vineyard over 60 years old.

The vineyard is located in the north of the Jumilla D.O., with cool soils and a thermal amplitude that allows us to obtain well-structured wines, but with very friendly tannins.

Part of this wine (50%) has been aged in French oak barrels for three months, with a very soft toasting that respects the fruit of this variety (Monastrell).

On the nose we find dairy notes of cream and hints of red fruit, licorice and strawberry caramel. The palate highlights the fruit and has a pleasant finish with lots of personality.
