Lemon yellow semi-mature, with light bubbles that make it attractive
Smell: Intense, with a predominance of mandarin citrus, pome fruits like pear and apple, aromatic herbs like fennel, and tropical fruits like pifia and mango.

Wine Pairing:
Very good choice for pairing with white fish, seafood, crudités and cold starters
Selection of grapes in plots according to their acidity and sugar level, pressing of whole grapes in a pneumatic press at low pressure and fermentation at a temperature of 18°C.
