Legado de Farro Selección is made from selected grapes from Mencía vineyards over 25 years old in the town of Vilafranca del Bierzo. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature to extract the pleasant aromas of the grapes. Finally, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 22 months
