WHITE WINE LES VIGNES RETROUVEES
This wine made from the grape varieties Gros Manseng , Petit Courbu and Arrufiac, located in Saint Mont , France, are harvested at night, at their optimum ripening point, to preserve all their aromas.
One of the peculiarities of this wine is its vinification, which is done separately, each of the grape varieties on its own, not as a whole.
It is aged on lees for between 6 and 8 months.
Once the whole process is done, we observe that this peculiar wine has a pale color with green-grayish tones. However, it has an intense aroma of fruits and flowers such as grapefruit or fresh mint.
On the palate it is full, with a balanced acidity and citrus notes. It has a long and refreshing finish.
This wine has an aging capacity of 5 years in bottle.
This wine can accompany all kinds of fish.
