Lis Siquitita EVOO

The extra virgin olive oil Monovarietalis Siquitita is a medium fruity olive juice with bitterness and light spiciness.


Its bitterness complements and that is why we recommend it to accompany an endive salad.

Tasting note:
Dark green olive juice and high complexity.

The vegetal presence in this oil comes to us in the form of the olive leaf, the green of the grass, the artichoke and, slightly, the fig leaf.


As for the nuts, the influence of the almond predominates, joined by the fruity notes of the banana and, slightly, the apple.
